JUDGMENT
1. Learned Counsel for the parties are ad idem that as CS(Comm) 447/2024 is listed for final hearing before the learned Commercial Court, instead of this Court endeavouring to enter into the correctness of the impugned order, the suit itself may be directed to be decided uninfluenced by any observations contained in the impugned order.
2. It is directed accordingly.
