In furtherance of last order, learned ASC submits that address of the petitioner stands verified and learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is satisfied

the directions given in previous order by the vacation bench. That being so, at request of both sides, the petition is disposed of directing that henceforth, the local police of PS Ranhola shall ensure full protection to the petitioner and her husband and for that purpose, some senior police official shall visit daily the residence of the petitioner for a period of ten days by making appropriate documentary record; and the mobile phone number of beat officer which has already been provided to the
W.P.(CRL) 1/2026 petitioner shall continue to remain in operation and as and when the petitioner or her husband call up, immediate action shall be taken by the local police.
