ORDER (ORAL)
08.01.2026 C. HARI SHANKAR, J.
JUDGMENT

1. This appeal is directed against an ad interim order dated 14 October 2025 passed by the learned Single Judge in IA 25576/2025.

2. Mr. J. Sai Deepak, learned Senior Counsel for the appellant, submits that, owing to currency of the impugned order, the promotion of his client’s motion picture has been held up, which is causing serious, financial and other prejudice.

3. With consent of parties, instead of our entering into this dispute at the stage when it is still ad interim before the learned Single Judge, it would be appropriate to request the learned Single Judge to take up the matter and decide IA 25576/2025 on a date to be fixed by the Court.

4. Accordingly, we advance the date of hearing of IA 25576/2025, which is presently listed on 29 January 2026, to 15 January 2026 before the learned Single Judge.

5. In order to expedite matters, we direct learned Counsel to place on record short notes of their respective submissions not exceeding five pages each on each side before the learned Sinsgle Judge at least 24 hours in advance of the next date of hearing after exchanging copies with each other, accompanied by duly indexed compilations of any judicial authorities on which they may seek to place reliance.

6. Needless to say, either side, should it continue to remain aggrieved by the order which may be passed, would have remedies available in law.

7. The appeal is accordingly disposed of in the aforesaid terms.

8. Learned Counsel for both sides undertake not to take any adjournment on the next date before the learned Single Judge.
