JUDGMENT

1. Mr. Uttam Dutt, learned Senior Counsel for the appellant seeks to withdraw this appeal as he submits that his client intends to move an application before the learned Single Judge seeking modification of the order dated 19 November 2025 inter alia with respect to the observations contained in para 36. FAO(OS) (COMM) 2/2026

2. Leave and liberty is granted as aforesaid.

3. The appeal is disposed of as withdrawn.

4. Needless to say, the right of either party to reapproach the court should they continue to remain aggrieve shall stand reserved.
