1. Mr. Anil Basoya, learned counsel enters appearance on behalf of the respondents, alongwith respondent no.1 in person, through VC.
2. After some deliberations, learned counsel, on instructions, have agreed that the learned Trial Court be directed to dispose of the litigation expeditiously.
3. It is made clear that this Court has not made any observations on the merits or demerits of the present petition. The contentions raised by CRL.M.C. 4153/2023 the petitioner, have not been examined. The rights of the parties shall remain unaffected by the contentions raised in the present petition.
4. In view of the above, this Court is of the considered opinion that the interest of justice would be subserved in case the learned Trial Court is directed to expeditiously dispose of the petition.
5. Accordingly, learned MM-03, Mahila Court, District South East, Saket, is directed to dispose of the petition bearing CT Case NO. 462664/2016 titled Roman Khatri vs. Harish Khatri, expeditiously, preferably within nine months from the date of the receipt of this order.
6. A copy of the order be sent to the Court concerned.
7. The petition is disposed of in above terms.
