1. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the wife of the petitioner, who is in advanced stage of pregnancy, was admitted in hospital following a complication on 29.09.2023 and has been discharged on 05.10.2023. He submits that the expected date of delivery is 27.11.2023.

2. He prays that the respondent may consider attaching petitioner temporarily to Delhi so that he can be at the side of his wife at the time of delivery and may be there for 2-3 weeks beyond the period of delivery.

3. Learned counsel for respondent submits that he has taken instruction and respondent shall temporarily attach the petitioner to a Unit in Delhi for a period of three months.

4. The statement is taken on record.

5. Accordingly, petition is disposed of directing the respondents to temporarily attach the petitioner to a Unit at Delhi for a period of three months.

6. Order dasti under the signatures of the Court Master.
