JUDGMENT
MANMEET PRITAM SINGH ARORA, J (ORAL):

1. This petition was disposed of by this Court vide order dated 09.10.2019 directing the Trial Court to expeditiously decide the suit within a period of one (1) year from passing of the order dated 09.10.2019.

2. This Court subsequently vide order dated 24.12.2020 extended the time for disposal of the suit by further period of one (1) year.

3. Thereafter, another request letter dated 24.12.2021 was received seeking further extension of time of four (4) months, which as well was allowed by this Court vide order dated 10.01.2022.

4. Further, requests for extensions were made vide CM APPL. NO. 15831/2022 and request letter dated 05.05.2022. However, no orders have been passed on the said request received in these proceedings and it appears CM(M) 1590/2018 that the matter remained pending on account of pendency of CM(M) 233/2022 and CM (M) 319/2022.

5. The aforesaid petitions have been disposed of by a separate order passed today.
