1. Petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to supply copy of the dismissal order dated 20.09.2017 and copy of the proceedings leading to the said order.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that since the proceedings were conducted in the year 2017, petitioner would have been supplied with copy of the dismissal order as well as copy of the proceedings leading to the said order in accordance with law. W.P.(C) 14126/2023

3. Without getting into the said controversy, it is directed that another copy of the dismissal order and copy of the proceedings leading to the dismissal order be provided to the petitioner in accordance with the Rules.

4. Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
