1. Petitioner seeks quashing of the below benchmark Annual Performance Appraisal Report for the period 01.04.2019 to 31.03.2020.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that in the counter affidavit, respondents have stated that case of petitioner was reexamined and petitioner was found eligible for grant of financial upgradation benefit under the MACP scheme as per the criteria. W.P.(C) 17619/2022

3. He submits that since respondents have already granted the benefit of the MACP scheme to the petitioner, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed and nothing further survives in the petition.

4. In view of the above, the petition is disposed of.
