JUDGMENT
SANJEEV SACHDEVA, J. (ORAL)

1. Petitioner seeks quashing of the Review Medical Examination Result dated 03.10.2023 whereby the petitioner was declared unfit on the ground of VITILIGO.

2. Petitioner had earlier approached this Court in W.P. (C) NO. 8540/2023 which petition was disposed of by order dated 21.06.2023 directing that the petitioner be considered by a Medical Board comprising, inter-alia, of a Dermatologist/Skin Specialist at the W.P.(C) 13685/2023 2 Research & Referral Hospital of the Army.

3. Subsequently, it transpired that Research & Referral Hospital did not have the requisite facility and as such the directions were modified and the Base Hospital of the Army at Delhi Cantt. was directed to constitute a Board with a Dermatologist/Skin Specialist. The Report of the Base Hospital has been received which once again opines that petitioner is unfit for “GUTTATE VITILIGO – both LL”.

4. Since the Base Hospital has also confirmed the finding of the Detailed Medical Examination as well as the Review Medical Board that petitioner is unfit for service, we find no merit in the petition. The petition is consequently dismissed.
