1. By this petition, petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to supply copy of Court of inquiry proceedings conducted by the Commandant 66 BN BSF.

2. Issue notice. Notice is accepted by learned counsel appearing for respondent, who submits that the Court of Inquiry Proceedings were duly supplied to the petitioner at the relevant time. It is further W.P.(C) 15868/2023 stated that petitioner was not dismissed pursuant to any trial but was dismissed under the administrative powers of the respondents.

3. Learned counsel for respondents further submits that efforts were made to trace out the petitioner at his home town but petitioner was not available.

4. In view of the above, the petition is disposed of directing the respondents to provide another copy of the Court of Inquiry Proceedings to the petitioner in person.

5. Petitioner shall report to the Head Office of the respondents at CGO Complex, Lodhi Road on 10th January, 2024 at 10 am for the purposes of receipt of the copies in person. The said date has been fixed keeping in view the fact that the Court of Inquiry Proceedings are located in 66 Bn and have to be requisitioned by the respondents therefrom.

6. Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
