JUDGMENT
was pronounced by this court yesterday i.e. 12.12.2023.
Mr. Sahay points-out that it would appear that by inadvertent typographical error, in para 18 of judgment dated 12.12.2023, reference has been made to respondents Nos. 1 and 2 & respondents Nos. 3 and 4 at various points. Counsel points-out that reference in the said para is evidently to petitioners Nos. 1 and 2 & petitioners Nos. 3 and 4. He requests that the typographical error be corrected.
The errors pointed-out by Mr. Sahay require to be corrected.
Accordingly, it is clarified that reference to respondents Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4 wherever it appears in para 18 of judgment dated 12.12.2023, be read as reference to petitioners Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4 respectively.
Let a corrigendum to the above effect be uploaded on the Delhi High
Court website forthwith.

A certified copy of this corrigendum be also issued by the Registry alongwith any certified copy of judgment dated 12.12.2023.
