1. Petitioner seeks quashing of the impugned order dated 18.11.2023 whereby earlier skill test was cancelled and petitioner was directed to reappear in the skill test.

2. By order dated 21.11.2023, petitioner was permitted to participate in the skill retest, without prejudice to his rights and contentions. Learned counsel for respondent submits that petitioner participated in the retest and has duly qualified the same.

3. In view of the above, the petition is allowed. W.P.(C) 15038/2023

4. Respondents shall proceed further with the recruitment process qua the petitioner in accordance with the Rules.
