1. Petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to transfer/attach petitioner to New Delhi on medical grounds for further treatment at All India Institute of Medical Sciences.

2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is suffering from several ailments and has 55% permanent locomotor disability and has been advised treatment at All India Institute of Medical Sciences. W.P.(C) 15814/2023

3. We note from the record that there is no representation given to the Competent Authority after the petitioner has been referred to All India Institute of Medical Sciences for further treatment.

4. In view of the above, we dispose of this petition, directing the respondents to treat the petition as a representation and consider the request of the petitioner in accordance with the Rules and Policy. Decision be taken as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from today.

5. Order dasti under the signature of Court Master.
