1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after the year 2019, no representation has been made before the respondents. He submits that the present writ petition may be disposed of by directing the respondents to consider the present writ petition as a fresh representation and to decide the same as expeditiously as possible.

2. Accordingly, a direction is issued to the respondents to consider W.P.(C) 16175/2023 the present writ petition as a representation and to dispose of the same within a period of eight weeks from today. It is clarified that this Court has neither considered nor commented on the merits of the case of either party.

3. Needless to state that petitioner would be at liberty to avail of appropriate remedies in accordance with law, if aggrieved by a decision on the representation.

4. Petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
