1. Petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to supply the complete record of proceedings of General Security Force Court.
2. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that copies would have been supplied as petitioner had earlier challenged the proceedings before the Guwahati High Court. However, without prejudice to the same, copy of the proceedings of the General Security Force Court shall be supplied once again to the petitioner through counsel. W.P.(C) 16534/2023
3. In view of the above, the petition is disposed of directing respondents to supply a copy of the proceedings of General Security Force Court to the petitioner through counsel within two weeks from today.
