1. Petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to supply complete copy of the record of proceedings of the General Security Force Court.

2. Issue notice. Notice is accepted by learned counsel appearing for respondents, who submits that an application had been received, however, the same was not duly attested by the Jail Superintendent. He submits that without prejudice to the same, since wife of the petitioner has approached this Court, respondents shall supply copy of W.P.(C) 16561/2023 the record of proceedings of General Security Force Court to the petitioner through counsel within two weeks from today.

3. In view of the above, the petition is disposed of directing the respondents to supply copy of the proceedings of the General Security Force Court to the petitioner through counsel within two weeks from today.
