SANJEEV SACHDEVA, J. (ORAL) Petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to refund the amount of Rs 15,86,956/- alongwith the interest thereon Petitioner filed a return for the fourth quarter of 2016 refund of Rs 15,86,956/-. A refund order dated 02.03.2022 the amount has not been refunded to the account of Petitioner.

Learned counsel for respondents under instructions submits that the amount is under process and shall be duly refunded to Petitioner within a period of two weeks from today.
