JUDGMENT

1. The only prayer of the petitioner in this writ petition is that the petitioner’s application for grant of affiliation of eight additional units in the Electrician Trade and four additional units in the Fitter Trade be decided expeditiously and in a time bound manner.

2. Ms. Anurima Dwivedi accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

3. Given the innocuous nature of relief, that is sought, and as Ms. Dwivedi submits that the petitioner’s premises have been inspected, the respondent is directed to positively take a decision on the petitioner’s application within two weeks from today, and convey it to the petitioner immediately thereupon.
