JUDGMENT
(oral)

1. Status report has been filed by learned Addl. P.P. for the State. The same is taken on record.

2. Pursuant to order dated 29.12.2023, the wife of the petitioner with minor child is present in Court. She states that she had been beaten up by her husband a number of times and, therefore, she had to leave her house with her minor child. When asked, she flatly refused to go with the petitioner/her husband.

3. Respondent is an adult, married and having a minor child with her. Therefore, no further order is required in the petition as even W.P.(CRL) 3846/2023 otherwise the wife and child of petitioner are present in the Court today and the petitioner merely wanted their production.

4. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.

5. Parties are at liberty to take appropriate steps before the Family Court. (SURESH KUMAR KAIT) JUDGE (MANOJ JAIN)
