JUDGMENT

1. This petition seeks transfer of the proceedings in HMA Petition No. 176/2022 (Major Dushyant Chopra v. Smt. Annu Malik) from the Court of Shri Vinay Kumar Khanna, Principal Judge, Family Courts, Tis Hazari Courts, to the Court of Shri Neeraj Garg, Judge, Family Courts, North District, Rohini, Delhi, as it is stated to be connected to HMA Petition No.1623/2021 (Smt. Annu Malik v. Dushyant Chopra).

2. Both sides are agreeable to this request.

3. As such, HMA 176/2022 stands transferred to the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, North District, Rohini, Delhi to be heard along with HMA 1623/2021. TR.P.(C.) 3/2024

4. Let the Registry of the Tis Hazari Courts take place to transmit the records of HMA 176/2022 in accordance with law.
