JUDGMENT

1. Admittedly, the interim bail of the respondent No. 2 which was granted on medical ground, is upto 25.01.2024.

2. The wife of the respondent No. 2 is present in Court and as per her, no application seeking further extension of interim bail has been moved so far. Though, according to her husband is still critical.

3. Be that as it may, in view of the fact that interim bail period is going to be over on 25.01.2024, we hereby dispose of the present appeal by directing the learned Trial Court to deal with the extension application, if any, after comprehensive evaluation of the medical record and after according its due satisfaction.

4. Learned Trial Court would also be at liberty to get any such further CRL.A. 975/2023 medical report examined from the AIIMS or RML Hospital.

5. The appeal is disposed of in the above terms.
