JUDGMENT

1. This petition seeks transfer of PC 31/2021 (Sanjeev Sharma & Ors. v. The State) from the Court of the learned Additional District Judge (the learned ADJ), District Court, Saket to the competent Court in the Patiala House Courts, New Delhi.

2. The case pertains to Munirka which, as per the notification dated 11 September 2012, falls within the New Delhi District and cases relating to Munirka would have to be heard by the Patiala House Courts.

3. Ms. Avni Singh, learned Counsel for the respondent, has no objection.

4. Accordingly, PC 31/2021 (Sanjeev Sharma & Ors. v. The TR.P.(C.) 6/2024 State) stands transferred from the Court of the learned ADJ, District Court, Saket to the Patiala House Court.

5. The learned District Judge, Patiala House Courts is requested to assign the case to an appropriate court. The Registry of the Saket Court is directed to take expedient steps to transmit the record to the Patiala House Courts.

6. This petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
