1. On the last date of hearing, we had passed the following order:- “We have heard the petitioner in person, his counsel and Mr. Harish Vaidyanathan at length. At request of Mr. Harish Vaidyanathan, counsel for the respondents, list on January 12, 2024.”

2. Mr. Alexander Mathai Paikaday, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. Harish Vaidhayanathan Shankar, CGSC for the respondents, on instructions from Major Deepak, AMS(Legal) Army, states that, in the facts of the case and considering the welfare of the child, it has been decided to post the petitioner at Jalandhar instead of Secunderabad. He also states that the order in that regard shall be issued within a period of four weeks. W.P.(C) 14238/2023

3. On this submission of the learned counsel for the respondents, the learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions from petitioner submits that the submission shall satisfy the prayers of the petitioner in the present petition and the petition be disposed of.

4. It is ordered accordingly.
