JUDGMENT

1. This transfer petition at the instance of the wife in matrimonial disputes between her and her husband seeks transfer of HMA 349/2023 (Rachit Gaur v. Kiran Gaur) presently pending before the learned Principal Judge, Family Courts, Shahdara District, Karkardooma to the Family Court in the Rohini District Court as she submits that she is situated within the vicinity of the Rohini Court.

2. Learned Counsel for the respondent does not oppose the transfer petition.

3. Accordingly, HMA 349/2023 (Rachit Gaur v. Kiran Gaur) presently pending before the learned Principal Judge, Family Courts, Shahdara District, Karkardooma stands transferred to the Family TR.P.(C) 84/2023 Court in the Rohini District Court.

4. The Registry of the Karkardooma Court is directed to take expeditious steps to transmit the records to the Rohini District Court.

5. The Transfer Petition stands allowed in the aforesaid terms. CM APPL. 35746/2023 (Order XXXIX Rule 3 of the CPC)

6. This application does not survive for consideration and stands disposed of.
