JUDGMENT

1. In view of the affidavit which has been filed by Respondent 2, learned Counsel for the petitioner on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with a request that the GGSIPU may be directed to refund the fees paid by the petitioner. Learned Counsel for the GGSIPU and Respondent 3, who have shared the fees which the petitioner paid, have undertaken between themselves that they would refund the fees paid by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today.
