1. Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 18 January 2024, the petitioner was granted an Eligibility Certificate to undertake the FMGE on 14 February 2024.

2. The FMGE has actually been held on 20 January 2024, in which the petitioner had appeared. The result has also been brought by Respondent 2 before this Court in a sealed cover. The result may be communicated to the petitioner during the course of the day.

3. Nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition, which is accordingly disposed of. CM APPL. 3245/2024 and CM APPL. 3246/2024
