JUDGMENT

1. Mr. Amitesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners, points out that the impugned decision, taken in the 7th meeting of Standing Committee on Accreditation and Affiliation by Directorate General of Training on 22-23 November 2022 as circulated to the petitioner vide communication dated 12 December 2022, was not preceded by any show cause notice or opportunity of hearing.

2. Mr. Akshat Singh, learned counsel for Respondent 1, who is the author of the impugned decision, submits, on instructions, that his client will withdraw the impugned decision forthwith and would thereafter proceed only in accordance with law. W.P.(C) 3270/2024

3. Reserving liberty in that regard, the respondent is directed to withdraw the impugned decision within 24 hours from today.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
