JUDGMENT

1. Mr. Rajesh Gupta, learned Counsel for Respondent 1 school submits, on instructions, that both the petitioners have been given regular admission by Respondent 1 school as EWS candidates and would be imparted education as EWS candidates with all entitlements and facilities available to EWS students including uniform, textbooks etc.

2. Mr. Tandon, learned counsel for the petitioners confirms that this is the position. In that view of the matter, Mr. Tandon submits that W.P.(C) 10517/2023 the grievances of the petitioners stand redressed.

3. The petition is accordingly disposed of.
