JUDGMENT

1. Mr. Javed Ahmed, learned Counsel for the appellants, prays on instructions, for being granted two months’ time to clear all arrears of rent payable to the respondents as well as to vacate the suit property situated at 126-A, Shahpur Jat, New Delhi-110049, ad-measuring 325 square feet approximately, within three months.

2. Mr. Rajat Aneja, learned Counsel for the respondents has no objection.

3. Accordingly, this appeal is disposed of, recording the submissions of Mr. Javed Ahmed that his client would vacate the suit property and discharge all arrears payable as per the orders passed by the Court below within two months from today.

4. The appellants are directed, therefore, to discharge all pending arrears to the respondents from July 2022 onwards within 8 weeks from today and to vacate the aforenoted property within 12 weeks from today. CM APPL. 14251/2024 and CM APPL. 14252/2024

5. The applications do not survive for consideration and are disposed of.
