JUDGMENT

1. Ms. Reema Singh, learned Counsel for Respondent 2, appears and submits on instructions from her client that the Respondent 2school is ready and willing to admit the petitioner as a Disadvantaged Group (DG) candidate in Class I for the academic year 2023-2024 and further promote the petitioner to the higher classes in due course. The petitioner shall be entitled to be imparted education as a DG student and shall also be entitled to all the facilities to which such a student is entitled.

2. As such, the grievance in the petition stands redressed. The petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.

3. This Court records its appreciation for the proactive approach that the school has adopted. CM APPLs. 50464/2023 and 61851/2023

4. These applications do not survive for consideration and stand disposed of.
