JUDGMENT

1. The petitioner is not present. However, learned Counsel for the respondent-school submits that the school has granted admission to the petitioner as an EWS student and is willing to treat the admission as regular.

2. Accordingly, the grievance of the petitioner stands assuaged. It is clarified that the petitioner shall continue to be imparted education by the respondent-school as EWS students are entitled in that regard.

3. This writ petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms, recording the Court’s appreciation for the proactive approach of the respondent-school. CM APPL. 48613/2023
