JUDGMENT

1. This is an application under Section 151 and 152 CPC, 1908 seeking the rectification of clerical and typographical error in the judgment dated 16.04.2024 in W.P.(C) 7871 of 2022

2. Mr.K.P. Toms, learned counsel appearing for the applicant/petitioner submits that there are two typographical errors which occurred in the judgment dated 16.04.2024, in that, in para 8 and 18 of the judgment, the date of death of the petitioner’s husband has been wrongly typed as 27.08.2019 whereas the correct date of death is 21.08.2019. He submits that the same was correctly recorded in para 3 of the judgment dated 16.04.2024. The second error is in respect of noting of the name of the husband of the petitioner late Dinesh Kumar Mishra in place of late Shiv Kumar Mishra in Para 23. Learned counsel submits that the name too be corrected.

3. In view of the aforesaid submissions, the application is allowed.

4. It is directed that the date of death of petitioner’s husband mentioned in para 8 and 18 as 27.08.2019 be corrected to 21.08.2019.

5. That apart the name of the late husband of the petitioner mentioned as Late Dinesh Kumar Mishra be replaced with Late Shiv Kumar Mishra in para 23.

6. Corrections may be carried out and the corrigendum be issued and the corrected copy of the order be uploaded accordingly.

7. In view of the above, the application stands disposed of.
