JUDGMENT

1. The impugned order dated 14 November 2022 passed by the Western Regional Committee of the NCTE is appealable.

2. Mr. Amitesh Kumar, learned Counsel for the petitioners, undertakes to file an appeal against the said order within a period of one week from today before the Appellate Committee in the NCTE. The said appeal, if filed within the said period, shall be considered and decided by the Appellate Committee, NCTE positively within four weeks, after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners.

3. Needless to say, the order that is passed shall be reasoned and speaking.

4. The right of the petitioners to seek recourse to legal remedies, should the petitioners continue to remain aggrieved by the decision on their appeal, shall stand reserved.

5. The writ petition is disposed of. CM APPL. 22173/2024 (Stay)

6. This application does not survive for consideration and stands disposed of.
