JUDGMENT

1. The learned Principal District and Sessions Judge (Central), who was required to hear RCT 69/2019, RCT 70/2019, RCT 71/2019, RCT 73/2019 and RCT 74/2019, as the Rent Control Tribunal, has recused from the said matters for personal reasons and has referred the files to this Court for appropriate orders.

2. Accordingly, let these appeals be listed before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge (West) who, I am informed, is also sitting in the Tis Hazari Courts.

3. Let a copy of this order be forwarded to the transferor and transferee Courts, learned Counsel for both sides as well as to the parties.

4. List these matters before the transferee Court on 7 May 2024.

5. These Transfer Petitions stand disposed of.
