1. By this petition, the petitioner seeks transfer of CS 164/2021 (Sh. Devki Nandan Srivastava & Ors v. Sh. Madhur Chandra Gupta & Anr) from Patiala House Courts to Tis Hazari Courts as it is submitted that CS No. 57975/2016 between the same parties and dealing with the same property, corpus of dispute is listed before Tis Hazari Courts.
2. Learned Counsel for the respondents are present. They have no objection to the prayer.
3. Accordingly, CS 164/2021(Sh. Devki Nandan Srivastava & TR.P. (C) 66/2024 Ors v. Sh. Madhur Chandra Gupta & Anr) stands transferred from Patiala House Courts to Tis Hazari Courts.
4. List before the appropriate Court in Tis Hazari Courts on 15 July 2024,
