1. Mr. Khanna, learned Counsel for the NTA submits on instructions that the NTA is agreeable to correct the final score of the petitioner by adding 5 marks to the marks already awarded to her, accepting the challenge to the answer key in respect of Question 47 of the question paper attempted by the petitioner in the Common University Entrance Test/CUET-PG examination.

2. As such, he undertakes to do so within three days from today.

3. As the grievance in the writ petition does not survive for consideration, the writ petition is disposed of.

4. Let a fresh score sheet be also issued to the petitioner forthwith.

5. Copy of this order be given dasti to learned Counsel for the parties under the signature of Court Master. CM APPL. 23032/2024 (Stay) and CM APPL. 23033/2024 (Exemption)

6. These applications do not survive for consideration and stand disposed of.
