1. The learned Principal District and Sessions Judge (Central), who has to decide RCT ARCT 78/2023 (Amit Gupta v. Anupam Hotilers Ltd) in his capacity as Rent Control Tribunal has referred this matter to this Court vide order dated 18 April 2024 as he desires to recuse from the matter for personal reasons.
2. Accordingly, learned counsel for the parties are agreeable to the matter being placed before the learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, West, who also sits in Tis Hazari Courts.
3. Accordingly, RCT ARCT 78/2023 stands transferred to the Court of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, West, Tis Hazari Courts, New Delhi. Tr. P.(C) 69/2024
4. The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
5. The proceedings will continue from the stage at which they are at present.
6. Let the matter be placed before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, West, Tis Hazari Courts on 10 May 2024.
