JUDGMENT

1. Ms. Shikha Sharma, learned counsel for the Respondent 2 school, submits very fairly that the petitioner has been granted admission by the Respondent 2 School as an EWS candidate and the school is willing to treat this admission as regular and continue to educate her as an EWS candidate with all facilities to which all such candidates are entitled.

2. The grievance in this petition stands redressed. The petition is disposed of, accordingly. WP(C) 14801/2023
