1. As is noted in the order passed on 30 April 2024, the only grievance of the petitioner was that the National Council of Teacher Education (NCTE) was not communicating, to the petitioner, the outcome of the petitioner’s prayer for recognition of its D.El.Ed course for the year 2023-2024.

2. Mr. Bhatnagar undertakes, on instructions, to communicate the status of the petitioner’s application to the petitioner within two weeks from today. In view thereof, Mr. Anubhav, learned Counsel for the petitioner, does not further press this petition.

3. Needless to say, should the petitioner be aggrieved by the decision of the respondent, the petitioner’s rights in that regard shall remain reserved.

4. The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
