JUDGMENT

1. Ms. Shikha Sharma, learned Counsel for the respondent school submits that the petitioners in these petitions have been granted admission by the respondent school as EWS candidates. She undertakes that her client is willing to treat the admissions as regular and permanent and to continue to educate the petitioners as EWS students in accordance with law and to provide them all the facilities and amenities to which such students are entitled.

2. The grievance in these petitions, therefore, does not survive for consideration.

3. These writ petitions stand allowed accordingly. CM APPL. 9901/2024 and CM APPL. 9902/2024 in W.P.(C) 2392/2024 CM 10020/2024 and CM 10021/2024 in W.P.(C) 2445/2024
