1. Mr. Tejasvi Kumar, learned Counsel for Respondent 1 Bhagwan Mahaveer College of Engineering and Management submits, on instructions, that the Respondent 1 college is no longer in existence as it has merged with the Mahaveer Swami Institute of Technology, Jagdsihpur, Sonipat in 2021 vide order dated 2 July 2021 issued by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).
2. In that view of the matter, learned Counsel for the petitioner does not press this writ petition, which is accordingly disposed of. CM APPL. 23920/2019 (stay) WP(C) 5452/2019
3. This application does not survive for consideration and is disposed of.
