JUDGMENT
1. Mr. Deepank Yadav, learned Counsel for the respondent school, submits that his client is willing to allow the provisional admission granted to the petitioner in class Nursery/Pre-School during the academic year 2023-2024 as permanent. The Court sincerely appreciates the pro-active approach of the school.
2. In view thereof, the grievance in this writ petition does not survive for consideration.
3. The writ petition is disposed of.
