In pursuance of the settlement agreement made before the Mediation Cell, respondent has filed an undertaking stating therein, to abide by the terms of the settlement.
Learned counsel for appellant states that since, the respondent has filed the necessary undertaking, the appeal be disposed of as being settled.
In view of the settlement made between the parties, before the Mediation
Cell, the respondent has filed an undertaking. The undertaking filed by the respondent is hereby accepted.
The appeal stand disposed of as being settled.
