ORDER

1. These four petitions were premised on the assumption that the nationalised banks are not complying with the directions of the Reserve Bank of India ('RBI') on opening of "No-Frills Accounts." Having perused the replies filed in these petitions, we are satisfied that the nationalised banks are indeed making efforts to assist in the opening of no frills accounts with their branches.

3. The petitions are accordingly disposed of.
