JUDGMENT

1. This transfer petition, under Section 24 of the CPC seeks transfer of HMA Petition 93/2024 (Anuj Kumar v. Pratiksha Bohit) presently pending before the learned Family Court, Rohini to the Family Court, Karkardooma Courts.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection.

3. Accordingly, the transfer petition is allowed on the ground that there are other litigations between the parties pending in the Karkardooma Courts.

4. Accordingly, HMA Petition 93/2024 (Anuj Kumar v. Pratiksha Bohit) presently pending before the learned Family Court, Rohini is transferred to Family Court, Karkardooma.

5. Registry at Rohini Courts to take expeditious steps to ensure transmission of the record.

6. On the date already fixed in HMA Petition 93/2024, the matter would now be taken up by the competent Family Court at Karkardooma.

7. The transfer petition stands disposed of in aforesaid terms.
