1. The present petitions impugn Clause 11.[2] of the Catering Policy, 2017 and seek consequential directions. W.P.(C) 8278/2024

2. Considering that a batch of petitions seeking identical prayer/s has been dismissed by this court vide judgement dated 30.05.2024 in W.P.(C) 6771/2024 and connected matters, the present petitionsare also disposed of in terms of the said judgement. The petitioners shall vacate the catering units in question within the same time period, as granted to the petitioners in the aforesaid batch matters.
