JUSTICE P.K. BHASIN ORDER % 22.01.2010 Cr[1]. M.A. 727/2010 This is an application filed by the respondent no. 2/complainant for correcting an inadvertent error in order dated 8th December, 2009 when this revision petition was disposed of as having become infructous in view of the compromise between the parties, terms whereof were also noted in that order. The last sentence of the order dated 8th December, 2009 reads as under:- "The said amount along with interest shall be released to the wife." There is obviously an inadvertent error in typing the word 'wife' at the end of the order. It should have been 'respondent no. 2/complainant'. Counsel for the petitioner also says so. This application is accordingly allowed and the last sentence of para no. 3 of the orderdated 81h December, 2009 shall read as under:- "The said amount along with interest shall be released to the respondent no. 2/complainant." The application stands disposed of JANUARY 22, 2010
