Mr. Suryakant Singla for the respondent.
By this application the applicant respondent seeks hearing of the matter.
' The apPlication is allowed. wP(ci No. 7070 ^oo7
. Both the counsel for the parties submit that the parties have amicably resolved their disputes and in terms of the settlement the petitioner has agreed to pay sum of Rs. 75,000/- towards full and final settlement of all the claims arising out of the award dated 19.11.2005. ounsel for the petitioner has handed over two bank drafts dated 9.1.2010 in the sum of Rs.45,000/- vide draft bearing no. L22471and Rs. 30,000/- vide draft bearing no. L22472 drawn on Jammu and Kashmir Bank Ltd. to the respondelrt who is present in the court. Respondent states that he has accepted the said amount towards the full and final settlement which includes
