Suit is decreed in terms of the compromise/settlement, all their inter se disputes will be settled.
It is contended that the date for execution ofthe conveyance in terms ofparagraph
5(a) has expired and that the same may be extended by amonth.
In view of the submissions made and having regard to the terms, the Court is satisfied that the Suit has to be decreed in the terms mentioned in the application, as modified bythis Court's order.
